Exchanges

At 5ième Avenue, your satisfaction and convenience are our number one priority.  Here are some ways to go about exchanging a product you’ve purchased online or in-store:

 

Online Purchases:  Any item purchased online can be sent back to us, at your shipping expense, or brought back in-store to be exchanged.  You can find a list of our stores closest to you here.  Please note that exchanges can only be completed if the product is in its original condition (i.e not washed, seals, tags and packaging intact).  You have thirty (30) calendar days, upon receiving your items, to request an exchange.  To begin the exchange process, please fill out the form below.

 

Store Purchases:  At this time, any product purchased in-store can only be exchanged in store. Please note that exchanges can only be completed if the product is in its original condition (i.e not washed, seals, tags and packaging intact).  You have thirty (30) calendar days, upon initial purchase, to exchange any of your items.

Returns

Online Purchases:  Any purchase made online can be returned online only, at your own shipping expense.  The period to request a return is thirty (30) calendar days after receiving your products.  Please note, items must be in their original condition and are subject to inspection before the return can be processed.  Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for your card to be refunded.

Store Purchases:  Items purchased in store may only be returned in store and are subject to sale/return policies for each location. Please note, items must be in their original condition and are subject to inspection before the return can be processed.  Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for your card to be refunded.

*Please note that if a product has been damaged, altered or is not returned in its original state (with original packaging and seals), 5ième Avenue reserves to the right to not process the return.
